The First Signs: When Intuition Found Me
We all have an innate ability to sense beyond what is spoken or seen, but for me, this awareness was heightened from an early age—a way of seeing beneath the surface, untangling the unseen, and recognizing what others could not.
My family recognized it in me before I recognized it in myself. As a child, my father, a business owner, would have me sit in his office while he interviewed potential employees. After the meeting, he’d turn to me and ask, Was that a good person or a bad person? At just five or six years old, I didn’t have the language to describe what I was sensing, but I knew. I could see past the words, the rehearsed answers, and the performance—into something deeper. It wasn’t just about first impressions; it was an innate ability to pick up on energies, subtle cues, and underlying truths that people didn’t say out loud.
But trauma changes things. As a young child experiencing sexual trauma, I unknowingly turned off my gift. It was a survival mechanism, a way to keep myself safe in a world that felt unsafe. My ability to sense and see dulled, and for years, I lived without it, never realizing what was missing.
Until one day, I did.

Losing & Rediscovering My Intuition
In my early twenties, I began to sense that something within me felt “off”—like a part of me had gone missing. I couldn’t name it, but I could feel it. I was drawn to psychics and mediums, fascinated by their abilities, thinking I wish I could do that. I had completely forgotten that I once did.
Then, in my late-twenties, my intuition came flooding back.
I had just finished reading The Journey Home: A Kryon Parable: The Story of Michael Thomas and the Seven Angels on a flight to California. The book stirred something in me, though I couldn’t quite place it. Early that evening, I felt an overwhelming exhaustion and laid down for a nap. But when I woke up the next morning, something was different.
The sound of water in the shower was deafening and feeling it on my skin was more intense than I ever remember. My vision was sharper. It was as if every one of my senses had been dialed up, fine-tuned to a frequency I didn’t know existed. I thought maybe I had just caught up on much-needed rest. But it was more than that.
That morning, I went downstairs at an event I was attending and sat at a table with a beautiful, dark-skinned woman with striking green eyes. She sighed and said, “I just don’t know what I want to do with my life”. And the moment she spoke, it happened. A movie played out in my mind.
I saw her childhood home, her grandparents, her past—and without thinking, I started sharing what was being shown to me. She stared at me, stunned, as I described details she had never shared. We spent hours talking, her asking questions, me answering with images, sensations, and words that came not from memory or imagination, but from something beyond me.
And that was the moment I realized: this gift had never left me. I had only forgotten how to listen.

How My Gift Works
Over the years, my intuitive ability has refined itself. In the beginning, I thought I had to physically touch someone’s hand to receive insight. Then, I only needed to be in the same room. Eventually, I could read someone over the phone, then simply from an email or a text message.
Now, I don’t need to be physically near someone to sense the energetic data around them.
- I see patterns—energetic entanglements that shape someone’s life and decisions.
- I hear words or phrases—signposts that guide where to look deeper.
- I recognize the energy of what’s unsaid. The space between words holds just as much information as the words themselves. I don’t just listen to what my clients physically say—I listen to what their energy is communicating as well.
At its core, my gift is about clarity. I can bring order to the chaotic threads, make the unseen visible, and untangle the energetic knots that keep people stuck.
But here’s what I want you to understand: this isn’t about “fortune-telling” or predicting the future. It’s not about telling people what they want to hear—it’s about revealing what they need to hear. What has been whispering to them all along but they couldn’t quite grasp.
Sometimes, the truth is comforting. Other times, it shakes the foundation of what someone thought they knew. But it always brings clarity.
How Intuition Shapes My Work
My “readings” are woven into every part of my work. It’s not separate from my coaching—it is my coaching.
When I work with clients, I don’t just rely on powerful coaching techniques or frameworks. I listen beyond their words. I follow the energetic threads of what they are really saying, even when they don’t realize it themselves. I hear the moments that vibrate with meaning—the phrases that carry weight—and I follow them like breadcrumbs.
Most people come to me thinking they need strategy. They need direction. A clear next step. But what they actually need is something much deeper.
They need to see themselves. Clearly.
They need to understand the subconscious patterns running their decisions. The wounds they are unconsciously protecting. The fears that keep them circling the same experiences over and over.
This is the work I do. Not just helping my clients move forward—but helping them understand why they’ve been stuck in the first place. Not just revealing the next step—but making sure each step is in alignment with their highest self.
And this is where the shift happens—when someone is finally seen by themselves, when the thing they’ve been circling for years becomes clear, and when the noise falls away and only their truth remains.

Your Intuition is Real, Too
Intuition isn’t reserved for the gifted—it’s within all of us. It’s the gut feeling, the inner knowing, the unexplainable pull. It’s the moment you just know—even if you can’t say why.
Most people have simply been conditioned to ignore it.
I want you to understand that intuition is not some mystical, unreachable thing. It’s as natural as sight or sound—it’s simply a sense that needs to be strengthened, trusted, and understood.
Maybe you’ve felt it before. Maybe you’ve dismissed it. Maybe you’re ready to listen to it in a deeper way.
This is your invitation to step into clarity.
If this resonates with you, I invite you into a conversation. Let’s explore what’s unseen, what’s unspoken, what’s waiting for you just beneath the surface.
Because the answers you’ve been searching for have been within you all along.
